Our Story
OUTBUILT Construction Inc. was founded during the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic. After hearing many disaster stories of price gouging, project start delays, shortage of skilled trade workers, subpar project organization and execution, Michael knew it was the right time to enter the market and offer clients professionalism, value, and quality. general contractor general contracting renovator

My rock is bigger than your rock! We don't want to brag but we have a pretty long Rolodex of trusted trade partners and local suppliers giving us the ability to offer premium products and quality installation at a reasonable price.
Please tell all your friends about us, but only the ones with money, no tire kickers please, send them to a competitor ;). This way we can stay busy close to home, but in the event, you do plan on telling all your friends about us and what we do, we like to serve the area on the coverage map. If you don't tell enough people or we are requested from an existing client, we can be persuaded to go into the abyss that lives beyond our coverage map :).
Design
We provide a one-stop shop customer experience. We have a network of interior designers, supplier showrooms and material specialists to assist you in the design and material selection for your project.

As a team of carpenters with a wide range of skillsets and experience, we have the ability to transform and build beautiful interior and exterior spaces with top-notch craftsmanship.
Handy Man Services
Not all projects are big! We are happy to help clients with the small little things that most companies pass on. Fixing a door lock, hanging a picture frame, etc... If it can be done with a tool we can do it. Please note, food and beer are not forms of payment :P

We use durable and quality products to make sure your spaces look just as good, many years later. With Schluter underlayment, quality tile and stone surfaces, and locally made cabinets.
Basements
Finishing a basement is way easier than moving. It can add value to your home and give you much-needed space as your family and lifestyle expand. We have been known to make awesome man caves, basement bars, home theatres... and the list goes on.
Additions, Garages & Exteriors
We are great at finishing the outside of your new or existing home. We have experience with Vinyl, CanExcel, Hardie board, and we even know a good Mason or two. We do metal and asphalt shingle roofs as well.
Decks, Pergolas
& Fences
My deck is bigger than your deck! If it's not, no worries, we can build you a deck that would make Brian Baeumler envious. We work with pressure-treated, composite, exotic woods, as well as wood, metal, glass, and composite railing systems.
